We are pleased to announce that Argosy Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Moderne Communities, has acquired an approximately 17-acre, fully-entitled site for the ground-up development of Moderne at Rocking K, a 224-unit single-family build-for-rent community.  The project will be located within Rocking K, a mixed-use master-planned community located southeast of downtown Tucson that will include over 6,000 homes as well as a resort, a golf course, retail amenities, schools, and parks.

Upon completion, the project will feature a mix of detached single-story one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.  Each unit will include a washer / dryer, quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring, private gated backyards with pet door access, and smart home technology packages.  The project will also have common area amenities including a resort style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, barbeque area, game lawn, and dog park.

Argosy’s development partner, Moderne Communities is a real estate development firm focused on land acquisition, development and homebuilding.  Moderne at Rocking K is Argosy’s second investment in partnership with Moderne Communities.
