Assessing value and opportunities

We keep a pulse on market changes and decide where we want to go. Realizing and understanding market trends helps us make smart investment decisions that result in positive returns.
We’ve spent more than two decades purchasing raw land for residential and commercial development. We assess potential value and conduct evaluations of marketability to determine the potential of our real estate purchases and when it’s time to sell. Working with our own capital and that of our capital partners, we continue to seek opportunities for land acquisitions for both investment and development. Our investments range from $2 million to more than $100 million.
