AZ Big Media names Moderne at Rocking K as a finalist in the Build-to-Rent category of the 2025 RED Awards. The annual awards event is considered the Academy Awards of Arizona’s commercial real estate industry. It honors the top architects, contractors, developers, and projects of the previous year. This year’s ceremony will take place Tuesday, March 18, at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas.

Moderne at Rocking K is a luxury build-to-rent community situated on 17.1 acres within the Rocking K master-planned community in Vail, Arizona. The gated community offers 224 single-story homes for rent, plus a mix of resort-style amenities. After receiving a record number of nominations, the 2025 RED Awards recognizes the best of the best in real estate development. Finalists in 20 different categories will be honored at the in-person awards dinner held from 5-8:30 p.m. Ultimately, one project in each category will take home top honors.
