MODERNE Communities recently entered an agreement with Greystar Management Services, L.P. to oversee leasing and property management of the developer’s first gated single-family rental community. Phase one construction is underway for MODERNE at Centennial in North Las Vegas at North 5th Street and West Centennial Parkway. Pre-leasing  is targeted to begin Dec. 1 and homes are expected to be ready for move-in after the new year in January 2021.

MODERNE at Centennial will offer a total of 185 one-, two- and three-bedroom single-family rental homes. Each home has a private backyard and patio area, doggy door and two parking spaces. The gated community is situated on 14-acres that includes walking paths, 12 pocket parks, barbecues, pool, fitness center and three electric car charging stations.

The homes are all single-story homes with 9-foot ceilings and contemporary designs with open floor plans. There are ample parking options with a mix of full garages, as well as covered and surface parking.
