VAIL, Ariz., February 7, 2024 – Build-to-rent communities are the newest housing option in cities across the country that are giving renters an alternative to apartment living. MODERNE at Rocking K in Vail is one of the first rental home communities in Southern Arizona. The gated neighborhood of 224 single-story, single-family homes for rent is situated on 17.1 acres within the Rocking K masterplan community.
